Rear ends
- also need decorations
. Some of the stripings on the rearend are hidden behind battery box and in my case also a nationality plate
The Indian is not roadworthy as it needs needs a new electric system.
I am working on that.

Stripes on the right side of the fender run all the way in the same manner around to the downmost edge behind the toolbox. The stripes on this side of the fender ends on the ridge with the clearing for the chainguard.

The chainguard has the same stripings of the front and the rear fenders and these run in pairs from the rear end all around protrution around the kick ratchet spring. The stripes are some 3mm into the flat area, off the radiused corner.

The toolbox on mine has no decorations .

The flared rearend from 1935 -on has the same "knot" of lines as both ends on the front fender.
